I have been racing on the Cross Country Cycle team for many years and I love it.
My son Justin, who is also on the team, is my inspiration to continue to race.
I have to stay ahead of him you know!

My bicycle racing days started in 1986 (not a typo) when I raced my first Mountain Bike Race.
I dressed in hawaiian shorts and dock siders riding my new Mongoose Pro that weighed in at 31lbs.
The race started at the Homestead Resort and drew 150 people. I was on the start line of my first race with John Tomac for a mass start. I have been hooked ever since.

I try to stay fit in the winter by cross country ski racing and downhill skiing.
